COURSE OVERVIEW:

Acquire a deeper understanding of Chaplaincy standards by engaging individuals where they are and providing a positive presence. Be prepared to identify procedures for performing Clinical Pastoral Education through 31 modules of comprehensive training.  Modules include topics such as Pain Management, Family Dynamics and Terminal Illness, Cultural and Religious Diversity, Spirituality and Duties and Responsibilities.​

​REQUIRED TASKS:

*32-hour course assignments must be done before the final exam.

*The 14-hour clinical Internship must be started and completed within the enrollment timeline. Licensing requires the 14-hour clinical internship.  Ordination requires 120-hour clinical internship.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  1. Word of Knowledge - You will learn about this gift; this is a gift of the Holy Spirit. You will learn why it is important for Christians and how to use it. You will also learn how to differ Word of Knowledge with Prophetic gift and all other gifts of the Holy Spirit.

  2. What is Ministry - You will also learn about Ministry what it is and the main purpose of Fivefold Ministry.

  3. Spiritual Authority - You will also learn about the Spiritual authority of God and why we must submit to God. You will also learn how to submit, and what exactly is submission.

  4. Spiritual Mapping - You will learn what Spiritual Mapping is. You will also learn about Territorial Spirits and how to deal with them.

  5. Power of Evangelism - You will also learn about the power of evangelism, why a believer evangelizes and what are the benefits and power of evangelism.

  6. Ministerial Ethics - You will learn about Ministerial Ethics, why it is important to pastors and the church.

  7. Homiletics - You will learn about Homiletics, what are the four types and what are the steps of Homiletics.

  8. Prophets and Seers - You will learn about the Prophets and Seers, who is Nabbi and how to see in the Spirit.

  9. Final Examination of Studies.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  1. Spiritual Warfare - You will learn about the levels of warfare. As a Christian you should know what is spiritual warfare and learn how this battle started.  You should know who are the parties in this warfare and what are the weapons to use in this warfare.

  2. Leadership Dynamics - You will also learn to define some terms like what is a leader or who is a leader.  As a student you have to apply the principles of leadership to the church today.  As a student you will learn about leadership types, theories and approaches.  You need to be able to choose the type you prefer and explain why you chose that type or style of leadership.

  3. Planting Churches - You will also learn why churches must be planted and why we should evangelize and make disciples.

  4. Temptation - You will learn what temptation is and why should a man of God go through temptation?  You will learn the lessons about when Satan tempted and tried the Lord Jesus Christ.

  5. The Word of God, How many Authors wrote the Bible and How many books are in the Bible - You will learn and know why we need to study the Word of God and how.  You will learn why it is important to study the word of God and what happens to a Christian who doesn't study the Word.

  6. Laying on of Hands - You will learn what it is and why it is important.  You will learn why Moses used to lay hands on Joshua.

  7. Anointing - You will learn what anointing and what it is composed of.  You will learn what is the purpose of anointing oil.

  8. Ministerial Ethics of Pastors - You will learn what ethics are and why Pastors should study ethics.

  9. Final Examination of Studies.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  1. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit - You will learn who and what the Holy Spirit is and His functions.

  2. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit - You will learn about the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the Five-fold Gifts and the ministry of the gifts.

  3. The Prophetic Ministry - You will learn what the prophetic gift is, how a prophet/prophetess operates in the gift.  You will also understand the Prophet vs the Seer giftings and gain a better of understanding.

  4. The Church Doctrine - You will learn the meaning of Church and Doctrine and why Christ brings this concept to the church.

  5. The Church Service - You will understand church service, associate ministers, membership, and dealing with members.

  6. How to start a Church - You will understand the difficulties of starting a church and the history of the church and how to start a church.

  7. Temperaments - You will learn about the temperaments, the different types of temperaments, the weakness and why God created it.

  8. Marriage, My Birthday Ministry - You will learn what marriage is, why we should marry, and the relationship.

  9. Ethics for Senior Leadership - You will learn who and what a senior minister is and what is expected of them, and the ethical codes of ministry.

  10. Thesis - Choose Topic - You will prepare and write a 100-page Thesis that will result in your first ministerial, authored book.
